In 2003, Ourisman Tysons started conceptual planning for 8600 Leesburg Pike (Rt. 7) in Tysons Corner, VA. The development plan intends to convert this site into a gateway landmark for the western entrance to Tysons Corner, Virginia, and will be influenced significantly by the impact of Metro Rail's anticipated arrival.
